Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. Each Jordstrøm store ships to the countries it serves, and the delivery country is selected when you place your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free, with no minimum order. Customs duties and import taxes are included: there are no additional charges to pay when you receive your parcel.

Delivery times

Your order is prepared within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 working days. You can therefore usually expect 7 to 10 working days between placing your order and receiving your parcel. These delivery times are estimates: a customs inspection, a holiday period or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier may extend them by a few days.

Track your order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, and you can track your parcel at any time on our tracking page: /apps/parcelpanel. The parcel is handed over to the postal service or carrier in your country, which handles the final leg of the delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your address before completing your order. A parcel returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address will be sent again free of charge once the correct address has been confirmed.

Damaged, incomplete or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, if an item is missing, or if the tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please email us at contact@dk-jordstrom.com within 7 days. We will send the product again or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer.
