Do not take if you are allergic to any ingredient in the formula (pumpkin seed, saw palmetto, gelatine or carob). Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you are trying to conceive. Not recommended for anyone under 18.

Do not take if you are on anticoagulants or antiplatelet medication (such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, clopidogrel or daily aspirin) or if you have a bleeding disorder. Stop taking Palmetra at least 2 weeks before any planned surgery or dental procedure.
