Using the Nervana neck neuromodulation device is simple and safe, and it's designed to slot easily into your daily routine. Its flexible 4-head design adjusts to most neck sizes, for a secure, comfortable fit every time.

Getting started couldn't be easier: in the box you'll find your Nervana device and a USB charging cable. Charge the device fully before your first session.

The device has three buttons: Power, “+” and “-”. To switch it on, hold the Power button down for 2 seconds, until the lights come on.

Place the device around your neck so that the plates rest directly on your skin. You can use it any time, anywhere, whenever you need relief: sitting down, resting, reading or working.

Each session lasts 15 minutes. You can do up to 4 sessions a day, around 1 hour of safe, effective relief.

Use Nervana every day to help:

• ease myofascial pain in the trapezius and pain linked to central sensitisation;
• reduce stress through gentle neuromodulation;
• relieve tension and stiffness in the neck;
• soothe headaches;
• support circulation and overall comfort.

At Nervana, we're dedicated to bringing you premium health and wellness solutions that make everyday life better. We believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, completely risk-free. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we'll do whatever it takes to put it right.
